RMC Sport report that newly-promoted to Ligue 1 side ESTAC Troyes are in advanced talks to sign 18-year-old Brazilian midfielder Metinho from Fluminense.
The City Football Group club has accelerated negotiations and are hoping to announce him as a new signing in the coming days.
