Recently, Schaeffler China announced that its first set of fully localized high-performance four-row tapered bearings for rolling mill applications has successfully rolled off the production line at Schaeffler's Nanjing plant.

This milestone marks significant progress in Schaeffler’s local production capabilities for rolling mill bearings.

The high-performance four-row tapered bearings coming off the production line this time use Mancrodur® special materials and carbonitriding technology, combined with advanced heat treatment processes, which greatly improves the surface hardness and wear resistance of the bearings and enhances its anti-pollution ability. and extend the fatigue life cycle, ensuring stability and ultra-long service life under harsh working conditions in the metallurgical industry, and meeting customers' extremely high expectations for product life.
