From August 24th to 26th, ZYS successfully passed the second-level preliminary assessment of the capability maturity of the New Era Equipment Construction Quality Management System (“NQMS”) and the second supervision and audit of the equipment quality management system carried out by Beijing Junyou Integrity Testing and Certification Co., Ltd.
NQMS is proposed on the basis of GJB9001C-2017, which aims to further adapt to the new round of equipment reform and development and quality management requirements, and guide various equipment construction industries to build high-quality development capabilities. The NQMS capability maturity evaluation criterion takes the process as the evaluation object, and divides the maturity level into 5 levels, from low to high: level I (initial level), level II (managed level), level III (defined level) , Level 4 (quantitative management level) and Level 5 (optimized level). The same maturity level is divided into “level+”, “level” and “level-” from high to low. The external evaluation of NQMS capability maturity is based on the principle of applying from low to high, and the units that pass GJB9001C-2017 can apply for the second-level evaluation.
Based on GJB9001C-2017 and “Quality Maturity Evaluation Criteria for Quality Management System in the New Era (V2.1)”, the audit team conducted a comprehensive review of the operation of 11 process areas, 6 product categories and 39 process groups of the company’s quality management system. ‘s audit. Through on-site verification, the audit team highly affirmed the company’s achievements in NQMS construction. All the company’s 39 process groups reached the FI (completely realized) state according to the second-level evaluation criteria, and successfully passed the equipment quality management system for the second time. In the supervision and audit, the external second-level preliminary assessment of NQMS capability maturity achieved a good result of “second-level +”.
ZYS will take this evaluation review as an opportunity, with the help of NQMS maturity evaluation criteria, continue to take “architecture leading, process leading, IT support” as the core method, optimize and improve the quality management system, and strengthen the standardized management of the end process. By embedding the requirements of the quality management system for equipment construction in the new era, fully combining digital transformation, informatization development, business process optimization, and integration of quality elements and other systematic improvements, effectively promoting the integration of the company’s quality management system and actual operational business,improve the company’s ability and level of high-quality development.
