As reported by BUT, Lille’s 20-year-old Belgian international midfielder Amadou Onana is seeing interest from a host of Premier League clubs as well as Ligue 1 side Monaco.
West Ham have come closest to signing the player say the outlet after an initial bid of €24m was rejected earlier this month. However, the Hammers have returned with a second offer of €30m for the defensive midfielder, but that has also been rejected which has reportedly led the London club to look at other targets.

With Arsenal, Everton and Newcastle also considering an approach for the player, Lille’s leaders think they are capable of getting a higher fee for the youngster who broke through last season at the northern club. Liverpool and Tottenham have also been monitoring the Belgian in recent months.
Monaco, meanwhile, also remain interested as they look for a replacement for Aurélien Tchouaméni, who left for Real Madrid in an €80m deal earlier this summer.
